loose fixings faulty lights
The parking was ample and free , which was acceptable.
My double room was not what I expected. The bedside lights did not function. The shower head fixings were loose , so it was hard to get a steady stream. It took ages for hot water to reach the tap.

I appreciated the included amenities. The room had soap, shampoo, an iron with ironing board, and a kettle for tea. A packet of shortbread was a nice touch. The location has convenient access to nearby shops and transportation. A Chinese takeaway is across the road and a Co-op is up the hill.
The radiator in the room wasn't working so the room was quite cold. It took a while for the hot water to heat up in the tap.

The hotel features an Indian restaurant, though it has limited opening times! I tried the Indian buffet. It was quite good. the vegetable alloo included frozen vegetables.

The room was clean and reasonably priced! My room included fluffy towels. It had everything you need and simple comfort delivered good value. The bed was also comfortable.

the room provided an ironing board and iron i found a kettle with coffee and tea the tv worked well. the location is near many useful places a chinese takeaway is across the road a co-op is up the hill.
the music from the pub was audible quite late

awesome stay!
close lidl big parking lot friendly local
lidl was really close, just down the road, i really enjoyed that. the parking lot was big, this made parking so easy. i also appreciated the friendly locals at the bar.
The radiator wasn't working, i slept with my coat on. It was quite cold after my shower.

the bar staff were very friendly, i especially liked leslie, she was helpful. jason, the manager, is a great guy, he is attentive. i appreciate that he is genuinely invested in making sure guests are comfortable.

the hotel is near the beach, only a five minute walk. i thought this was awesome and convenient. you can get into the city centre easily by bus, about 15 minutes on the number 1 or 2 bus
